→ Is the site secure?

In order to protect you, our customers, to the fullest extent, Cultural Images uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt your personal information when transmitting it from a web browser to our secure servers. We DO NOT store your credit card information at any time.

You can recognizing the secure areas of Cultural Images by looking for a small lock icon in the lower right-corner of your web browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.

Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services that you order and is not stored. Information collected on any of our forms may only be used to contact you, whether in person or via automated emails in response to your form submission.

→ Can I place a custom order?

Yes, we do special orders for our customers. Our pieces are available in 14k Gold, special gemstones, or distinct ear wires. Prices and timeslines can vary depending on the request. Please contact us and we would be happy to discuss a special order with you.

→ What forms of payment do you accept?

We'd love for you to add a beautiful hamsa or a piece of goddess jewelry to your cart and checkout with plastic (Visa or Mastercard), Paypal, or Google Checkout.

→ What shipping options do you offer?

Our flat rate shipping is reasonably priced at $5.00 USD. Order as much or as little and it's still just five bucks. If you need it faster, maybe a piece of Judaica jewelry for your nephew Benjamin's Bar Mitzvah which is only two days away, we can expedite things using Fed Ex. Shipping selections can be made during the checkout process on our website.

→ How long does shipping take?

Our handcrafted pieces are shipped from Albuquerque New Mexico. Standard US post will take anywhere from 3 to 5 days within the United States. You can expediate your order by selecting Fed Ex during checkout.

→ Can I track my order?

If you create an account when purchasing from our web site you will be able to track the progress of your order by logging into your account. If Fed Ex was chosen as the shipping method we will also be able to provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number will be emailed to you once it has been shipped and is also available from your account online.

→ Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship throughout the United States and Canada. If you would like to place an order for another country please contact us and we will see what we can do.

→ What is your policy on returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if your not satisfied with a piece(s) please return it within 60 days for a refund, exchange or credit. You can contact us with any questions or exchange requests.

→ What is your privacy policy?

Privacy is an issue we take seriously at Cultural Images. We go to great lengths to avoid spam and junk mail in our personal lives. We would not dream of letting any personal information you share with us to be used for such nefarious purposes. We don't sell, trade, publish, or otherwise abuse your email address. If you have signed up for our updates we may occational email you information about news or sales but we promise it will only be for the important stuff.
